After years of developing software, we saw the same pattern repeat itself: the client came with an idea, the team started coding, and halfway through the project everything changed. Cost overruns, rework, canceled projects.
The cause was always the same: they started building without a complete technical plan. It wasn't a developer problem — it was a methodology problem.

We never start development without an approved Blueprint. This is our rule without exceptions, with every client, on every project.

We'd rather take the necessary time in the planning phase than rush to code and have to redo everything halfway through the project.

The technical document we produce is an independent deliverable. You can take it to any development team. No lock-in.
